COMMON ISSUES AND HOW TO FIX THEM​ Attention! Clickable links are highlighted. Q - How to download and run the software? A - GUIDE. Q - What is the Open GUI button? A - By default it's Insert. Q - Launcher is not being downloaded or an antivirus says its a virus A - You should disable SmartScreen (Win8+), any antivirus program and Windows Defender Q - “HWID mismatch” error on login attempt A - You have probably changed something in your PC setup or reinstalled Windows (RESET HWID) Q - “Please close valorant before launch cheat” error A - You have to disable Vanguard The only way to do this is by pressing Exit on the Vanguard tray icon or running cmd as admin and typing "sc stop vgc" followed by "sc stop vgk" Q - “Please close FACEIT before launch cheat” error A - You should disable FACEIT AC by running cmd as admin and typing "sc stop faceit" Q - GUI seems to not appear in-game A - Disable any third-party software such as Discord overlay, MSI Afterburner, etc You can safely toggle them back on after successful software initialization Q - After successful software initialization my cursor is stuck in the middle of the screen A - Open game settings and change input mode to "Raw input" Q - My game crashed while running the software, where do I find crash logs to report them? A - All crash logs automatically sends to the developers. Q - Nothing above has helped me, what should I do? A - Reach out to our support team thru TICKET system Q - Software downloading is stuck almost at the end of the process, why? A - Check for running Social Club or GTA executable files via Task Manager and close them, if that didn't work then restarting your computer should fix the issue Q - Why it takes so long for launcher to download the software? A - Download speed depends on internet speed, connection stability and packet loss. If you have issues with one of the factors above this might be the source of your issue. Also you could try using a VPN and see if it helps you Q - Is your software safe? What's the ban rate/risk? A - Our developers put a lot of effort in making the software as much safe as possible But keep in mind that R* usually update their signature scanner and AC in general which may lead to some unexpected account suspensions, which means that using any software might get your account banned Q - Game update just came out, how long will it take for you to update the software? A - There's no specific ETA when the software will be available after the game update. It depends on multiple factors and on availability of software testers. We will release updated version of our software only when it will be considered 100% safe to use Q - Is it possible to change GUI language? A - Yes, in Settings submenu there's Language selector. Currently our GUI is available in Russian, English and Chinese

Q - Interaction with other players through software is complicated. How do I change that? A - Initially you had to select an interaction and then a player you want to apply selected interaction on. However we have added another option aswell - you can just press RMB (right mouse button) on any player and the same interaction list will appear around cursor. This is available at some other places such as cloud vehicles, cloud teleports and some other lists. Q - Why can't I kill players in session and they do not see me? A - You probably enabled "Coords spoof" in "Spoofing" submenu. You have to disable it. Also you might have blocked syncs with the player(-s). To check this search for a specific tag [B] around players names in players list. Q - Is there a money recovery option? Is it safe? A - We do not have a feature-rich recovery system in our software However, you can use Players -> Interactions -> Friendly: "Give Money", "Bounty Loop", on yourself Also you can try using LUA scripts such as THIS Keep in mind that any money related features might get your account suspended! Q - Where do I find more Lua scripts? A - THERE Q - I would like to know about Lua API since I'm a developer A - THERE Q - Why "Bounty Loop" does not work for me? A - To make this feature work you must have Lester unlocked by completing some of his quests. To see if you have him unlocked then just call him via in-game phone and see if he offers you some services. If not - you got to make his quests Also it's recommended to set 135+ lvl Q - How do I gift a vehicle to myself or other players? A - Follow the guide below: 1. You/player should get a garage and fill it with cheap/street cars 2. Then you/player should get in a car that you would like to gift and press "Gift Vehicle" 3. After this you/player must enter the garage and replace your current vehicle with any vehicle in the garage. Then drive on that vehicle to any LSC and get yourself a full coverage insurance and a tracker to keep the vehicle 4. Now you have given this vehicle to youself/other player

Keep in mind that trying to sell or selling gifted vehicles will make your account get suspended!
